Exchange disclosure shows Tycoon Li Ka-shing bought a total of 1.163 million shares between August 26 and 27 at average prices of HK$60.17/HK$58.85 (ADR $38.69/37.84), upping stake to 52.31% from 52.28%. Li spent only about HK$70 million this time, vs his previous purchases of about HK$900 million between August 6 and August 10.  Obviously Li is willingness to buy more Hutchison shares at below HK$60. The stock slid 5.3% in 3 trading days and ended Tuesday down 1.5% at HK$57.50 (ADR $36.97) on Hong Kong stock market. It closed at US$36.62 on Wall Street Tuesday.
